Dr Anna Finniss

MBBS BSc Med FRACP

Dr Anna Finniss is a Specialist Rheumatologist with over 20 years experience in clinical medicine.

Dr Finniss completed her Medical degree with honours at University of New South Wales in 2001 and was awarded her Fellowship in Rheumatology in 2010. She has been in private practice in Chatswood since this time.

Dr Finniss treats all Rheumatological conditions and has a particular interest in inflammatory arthritis and management of inflammatory arthritis during pregnancy. She is focused on quality patient centred care and collaborates closely with referring medical specialists and members of the health care team.

Dr Finniss contributes extensively to the training and education of future medical professionals. She is an examiner for the Royal Australian College of Physicians, assessing specialist trainees, and coordinator of the professional development teaching to medical students studying at Sydney Medical School, Northern. She is an active participant in state, national and international Rheumatology meetings.

Dr Finniss has a young family and enjoys looking after her two energetic boys.
